The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee projects primarily for property investors and developers. Your responsibilities will cover commercial, residential, new build, and mixed-use projects. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and organization to execution and completion, ensuring each phase aligns with strategic objectives for seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a diverse range of projects including commercial, residential, new build, and mixed-use.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and completion.
• Align project phases with strategic objectives to exceed expectations.
• Foster strong relationships with property investors and developers.

The Construction Project Manager

• Ideally one year post APC, with experience in commercial office or residential projects.
• MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM accreditation preferred, or working towards such accreditation.
• Experience in varied build projects within a construction consultancy.
• Prior roles within a construction consultancy.
• A team player with a proactive attitude.
