This role presents an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in overseeing residential and commercial sector projects, particularly in high-density residential developments and hotel projects.

The Construction Project Manager Role

In this vital role, the Construction Project Manager will focus on managing projects within the Residential and Commercial sectors, with a specific emphasis on high-density residential developments and hotel projects. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of overseeing project delivery from beginning to end, ensuring all stages from planning to completion are executed with precision and efficiency.

This position offers a fantastic platform for individuals to demonstrate their project management skills and drive projects to success in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects in the Residential and Commercial sectors, focusing on high-density residential developments and hotel projects.
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery from initial planning and coordination through to successful completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

The Construction Project Manager

  • MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualification, or working towards such accreditation, or holding the intent to become qualified.
  • Experience in consultancy construction project management.
  • Experience in high-density residential and/or hotel projects would be a significant advantage.
  • An ambitious and articulate approach, with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to lead and manage a series of projects with varied complexity.
