Job description: A growing Construction Consultancy in Sheffield is actively seeking a knowledgeable and self-motivated Construction Project Manager to become a key part of their team.

The Construction Project Manager Role

In this role, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for supervising a varied portfolio of complex and exciting projects across multiple sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Retail, Public, and Leisure. The role demands a professional who can not only deliver projects to the highest standards but also use their managerial experience to mentor and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors.
  • Ensure project delivery to the highest standards.
  • Leverage past experience to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Contribute significantly to the overall success and growth of the team.

The Construction Project Manager

  • RICS, APM, CIOB accreditation, or working towards it.
  • Qualification in Project Management, ideally Prince 2.
  • Experience working in a construction consultancy or client organization.
  • The ability to work towards targets and deliver projects within deadlines.
  • A committed and enthusiastic approach to work.
