Job description: A proficient and well-established Construction Consultancy in Worcester is currently seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to become an integral part of their dynamic team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for heritage projects and a desire to broaden their project management expertise.

The Construction Project Manager Role

In this role, the Construction Project Manager will engage with a diverse range of projects across Worcestershire, focusing primarily on Heritage projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, or taking over projects at various RIBA stages, ensuring that all project criteria and budgets are consistently met.

This position provides an outstanding opportunity for the Construction Project Manager to enhance their skills in a nurturing environment, gaining exposure to various aspects and stages of a wide spectrum of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of projects, with a primary focus on Heritage projects.
  • Handle projects from inception to completion, or intervene at different RIBA stages.
  • Ensure that projects meet all criteria and stay within budget.
  • Work within a supportive environment to expand skills and knowledge.

The Construction Project Manager

  • A degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • RICS, CIOB, or APM Chartered status, or working towards it.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Previous experience in a Consultancy role.
  • Experience within the Heritage sector is desirable but not mandatory.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
