They are committed to resolving subsidence issues across various sectors, including housing, schools, industry, commerce, roads, infrastructure, airports, and monuments of historical, artistic, and cultural significance. Job Summary:
They are seeking a highly motivated and qualified technician with a background in subsidence solutions, specifically geopolymer injection and micropiling. The ideal candidate will possess sales experience and expertise in house building, geotechnical, or ground engineering. Join the team to play a crucial role in technical inspections and client monitoring throughout England. Responsibilities include conducting technical inspections, providing quotations, managing contracts, and fostering strong client relationships through essential technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Essential experience in construction, engineering, or the geopolymer industry.
- Previous sales-related role experience, including CRM utilisation, meeting performance targets, activity logging, customer record maintenance, and quote handling.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on all proposals issued to the market.
- Cultivate exceptional relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Continuous monitoring of individual performance (KPIs) against set targets in collaboration with the UK Development Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BEng) in Geology and Geotechnics, Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of technical sales/business development experience in the construction industry, preferably in ground engineering.
- Technical knowledge of soil mechanics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.
- Spanish or Italian language skills are advantageous.
Salary: Starting from £40,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay Types:
Commission pay (3% upon achieving objectives, up to £750,000).
