About the Role

As a Consultant, you will utilise your core consulting knowledge and skills to contribute to the design and delivery of workstreams and projects across all our capability areas (Strategy and Innovation, Change, Op Model, Delivery and Process Excellence). You will further develop your consulting capabilities by leading on specific workstreams, nurturing relationships with clients, building your own network and driving your career. You will be supported by senior colleagues to drive your career and development at Enfuse Group.

Travel to client site (in the UK and worldwide) will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Use your consulting capabilities to contribute to the delivery of projects and workstreams
  • Contribute to internal initiatives to drive company goals
  • Communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Further develop your consulting capabilities through support and coaching from senior colleagues and client experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Management Consulting environment.
  • Positive and ‘can do’ attitude with a desire to deliver client-facing work, internal initiatives and own career
  • Demonstrable experience completing projects and workstreams in at least one of our capability areas
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to understand and visualise data
  • Project Management and Business Analysis skills
  • Desire to progress in a client facing role and nurture client relationships
  • Passionate about solving business challenges and providing insight and expertise
  • Previous experience analysing processes and/or business strategy
  • Strong problem solver and team player
  • Passion for IT and digital trends
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate complex problems, quantitative analysis and solutions in a way that be quickly understood
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible to travel to client site when required
  • Proficient using Microsoft applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Nice to Have

  • Experience in coding e.g. SQL, Python
  • Certifications in Agile e.g. SCRUM Master
  • Knowledge of and/or experience using process modelling/mining tools such as SAP Signavio, Visio, Celonis, or IBM Blueworks
