ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

As Marketing Consultant, you will contribute to the development of all Heathrow Commercial and non-commercial marketing initiatives for successful positioning of the product portfolio in line with the Heathrow and SITA’s overall objectives.

You will own the marketing budget and will be responsible to develop campaigns across different channels such as events, email, and landing pages. You will also work closely with the ITO teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Marketing Plan.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work with the Head of commercial and non-commercial managers to devise and manage the annual marketing plan, activity calendar and budgets.
  • Produce content and regular updates of Commercial Telecoms collaterals including customer portal, Technical Specs, Service Request procedures, Customer PowerPoint presentations and Quarterly newsletters.
  • Own the relationship and briefing of Commercial Telecoms Marketing suppliers to produce creative elements, procure branded merchandise and banners.
  • Responsible for building campaigns to support customer conferences and other Heathrow Commercial and non-commercial events as required.
  • Deliver quarterly e-newsletters and other campaigns/comms via email automation platform.
  • Work closely with the development team to implement changes to Sales force and align new and existing content within the portals.
  • Attend meetings and active engagement with key stakeholders within the account to develop partnership.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commercial, telecoms, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing and telecoms.
  • Experience owning and delivering projects.
  • Experience working in Sales and Marketing planning functions for small or medium service providers.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

  • Coding knowledge: backend development skills are a huge plus.
