Deloitte are looking for a movitivated individual to join the quick growing Microsoft Dynamics team. We would love someone who is passionate about Dynamics technologies and how they can be used to solve complex business problems. As a Dynamics Developer you will be a technical expert supporting the wider team implement technical solutions for our clients.

You’ll play a key role in the team to design, develop and upgrade Dynamics solutions in a variety of businesses, working with colleagues to innovate the best solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to understand system requirements and design specifications.
  • Design, develop, and customise Dynamics modules, components, and features to meet business needs.
  • Develop client-side scripts, plugins, and integrations to extend Dynamics functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation, performance enhancement, and innovation in Dynamics development.
  • Design and implement data integration solutions between Microsoft Dynamics and other systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
  • Comfortable leveraging Dynamics 365’s analytics capabilities to gain insights into customer behaviour, trends, and customer satisfaction. This includes using Power BI for data visualisation and analysis.
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to validate the functionality and performance of developed components.

We would like our candidates to demonstrate a majority of the following essential skills:

You’ll have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM including understanding the business context of the solutions, and an understanding of adjacent technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, M365, and Active Directory.

Essential skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of data integration techniques and tools
  • Experience implementing audit trail functionality to ensure traceability and compliance with financial regulations. This includes capturing and storing data changes, user actions, and system activities for auditing purposes.
  • Understanding of data security and privacy considerations within the financial services industry is including implementing robust security measures, data encryption, access controls, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Project delivery experience, preferably in building society/banking or heavily regulated industry background

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of dynamics platform architecture and components
  • Experience of designing and implementing workflows, business rules and business process flows in Dynamics 365
  • Familiarity with Azure services and integration with Dynamics 365
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration
  • Experience of developing and deploying custom solutions using Dynamics 365
  • Experience in migrating financial data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and validation.
  • Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend and enhance Dynamics 365 capabilities.
