Due to company growth, we are looking for a talented Consulting Director-Employee Research to join our successful team and you will be responsible for building Ipsos Karian and Box’s reputation, network and relationships with current and new clients, through exceptional consulting at Board and c-suite levels. Driving the growth of the business through consultative selling, extending client networks and developing winning proposals and pitches and leading our high performing research consulting team

What will I be doing?

  • Advising clients at C-suite level about their employee research and insight programmes
  • Developing and delivering c-suite presentations and workshops
  • Contributing to our thought leadership programme with research, papers and presentations, as well as amplifying activity externally led by other members of the team
  • Leading the research consulting team to be accountable for commercial performance, retention and growth of existing clients, client delight, team performance and engagement
  • Leading talent planning and recruitment of research consultants to create a strong pipeline for the future
  • Evolving our research propositions to meet new client needs
  • Developing winning proposals, and taking a lead in client pitches
  • Contributing to business strategy and direction including delivery across the consulting team

Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Exceptionally strong leadership skills with experience of leading high performing teams
  • Excellent influencing and advisory skills to Board and Exec level in the HR, employee research, organisational culture or employee engagement
  • Strong pitching and presentation skills
  • Financial acumen and strong commercial mentality
  • Brilliant communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be data and insight savvy – this is the foundation of our business

Your experience will ideally have come from a combination of client-side and agency experience.
