Job description: Full time, 3 days a week together in either Bristol, Birmingham or Manchester (flexible 2 days wherever).This role will sit within BT Business and will be part of the digital transformation of online services that help and support our business customers of all sizes and provide seamless online journeys to help them get to where they need to be.BT Group’s Digital unit is leading BT Group’s digital transformation, driving service innovation and delivering the products and services our customers need to support their own goals fast, and at scale.The immediate assignment:The Content Design Manager role is responsible for the development of content strategies across their specific business segment, while the successful individual will support the Content Designers and Content Editors within the product squads to develop high-quality content.Content is key to delivering the right outcome for our BT Business customers, whether that is to generate sales or guide customers through a support journey. It’s about using the right content at the right time. Continuity, consistency and alignment are our guiding principles, while the customer is at the heart of everything we do.What the job involves:
- Monitor and identify opportunities to optimise experiences across a variety of products and services.
- Provide expertise to design and deliver digital experiences for new and existing products and services.
- Develop content and copywriting talent within the business segment.
- Develop content strategies across customer journeys.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Proposition and Marketing to align messaging, content strategy and SEO efforts.
- Identify content opportunities to test and learn.
- Work with UX & UI Designers in developing new content and optimising existing journeys.
- Be a Content Strategy subject matter expert – Support and advise product squads day to day and evangelise the craft.

- Information architecture and taxonomy development.
- Usability and accessibility best practices.

- Experience building and leading content teams.
- Managed resources sat across multiple squads.
- Expertise in stakeholder management.
- Developed a team and individuals using OKRs & development plans
