Are you a BA with financial industry experience, and seeking a new hybrid job in Southampton? Our client is looking for a Business Analyst, and the roles come with a contract rate of £628 per day for 6 months (this includes uplift)
As a Business Analyst, you will be required to support the Data Improvements work within the Operating Model Optimisation workstream of the Advice Transformation Programme.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Conduct business process and systems analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefits analyses of business systems and applications to create project proposals that align technology solutions with business objectives and the our client Technology Strategy and roadmaps
- Generating user stories
- Identify, capture and develop requirements, providing detailed documentation and business rules
- Drive continuous improvement of business products and services by translating requirements into improved design and service provisioning
To apply for this Business Analyst role, you will need a range of skills to support project delivery, as well as the following:
- Strong experience within Financial Services
- Data analysis expertise
- Excellent stakeholder engagement capability
- Experience of working on projects for financial planning companies desired
*Inside IR35 (PAYE Umbrella): This contract is offered on a PAYE basis (via an umbrella company). The budgeted day rate for this contract is £628 pd and this is the total amount we would pay your nominated umbrella. It is inclusive of holiday accrual and employer pension contributions. All statutory deductions (both Employers and Employee NI, Income Tax, Apprenticeship Levy, etc.) will be deducted from this figure.
