We’re a signatory of the Women in Finance and the Race at Work Charter and we’re Disability Confident Committed.What does the role involve?As a Contract Support Coordinator you’ll join as part of a team who support one of our key strategic customers with the management of vehicle administration for their company cars and operational fleet. You’ll support the entire vehicle life cycle from quotations of new vehicles all the way through to end of lease contract agreements.You’ll work a weekly rotating shift pattern of 8am – 4:30pm and 9am – 5:30pm, spending your initial training period largely office based and then moving to 2 days per week in the office once you feel comfortable in the role.Some of your key duties will include:
- Processing quotations for orders on new vehicles across the entire fleet
- Responding to queries that come into the team mailbox and actioning responses within agreed timeframes
- Maintaining reports using Microsoft Excel and processing the information as required
- Responding to customer queries over the phone adopting our customer first approach
What are we looking for?To be considered for this role you’ll be able to demonstrate previous experience of handling customer calls and working with admin processes. You’ll be comfortable (and not daunted!) when using Microsoft Excel and enjoy the variety of working with multiple stages of the customer journey.Also, we’re looking for the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- The ability to make informed decisions following a thorough assessment of situations
- Great time management and organisational skills

Expected salary: £23000 – 24000 per year
