Job description: This well-established firm of solicitors based in Walsall is now looking to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join there department. This is initially a 12-month FTC but likely to turn permanent.
The department:
You will join a small but highly reputable conveyancing department in Walsall that is made up of 4 fee earners and 4 secretaries. The team works closely together and focus on quality over quantity.
The role:
Our client is seeking a conveyancing legal secretary to join its team, initially on a fixed term contract but this role can go permanent for the right person. The role entails
- Audio and copy typing
- Liaising with key clients
- Preparing/drafting correspondence and documents
- Performing searches and using The Land Registry
- General administrative tasks
The person:
In order to be considered for this Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary role based in Walsall, you must have 12 months+ experience working as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing, have excellent typing and communication skills and a keen interest in the conveyancing world.
