About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
Optimising Bolt’s balance sheet and overall cost of capital by originating, structuring and executing financing transactions for the Group and Rentals Vertical
Taking end-to-end ownership of transactions as Deal Team Leader, acting as the interface between regional teams, country management, Corporate Development and relevant stakeholder functions (tax, accounting, legal etc)
Supporting the Head of Group & Asset Finance in maintaining and leveraging relationships with third parties (including investment banks and debt investors) in respect of strategic corporate financing activities
Supporting the broader team with origination, structuring and execution activities for complex/structured transactions where larger strategic projects require additional resource
About you:
University educated with specialism in finance, economics or a related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, debt capital markets or asset finance (ideally gained from within a bank, institutional debt investor, big-4 or independent advisory firm)
A proven track record of originating, structuring and executing corporate finance transactions with a particular focus on fast growth technology or mobility companies
Strong corporate finance deal capabilities with a deep understanding of debt structures and financial markets
Solid analytical, financial modeling, risk management and presentation skills
Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Self-starting mentality with high levels of energy/motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
