Working from home is commonplace amongst their workforce, and you will be given the autonomy to take true ownership of your work.The RoleThe firm is seeking to hire a Court of Protection Partner into their Oxford office.This role would be ideal for a Senior Associate that would like a step up in responsibility or an existing Partner with a caseload of deputyships. If you are part of, or lead a small team, the client would be very much open to bringing the entire team across with the lateral hire.The team provides the comprehensive service required to set up and manage deputyships within the Court of Protection. They can act as professional deputies and assist with Court of Protection procedures where the deputy is a family member.In the role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Deputyships across the firm and taking on the bulk of existing Deputyship work as well as acting as a Trustee. Exemplary client care skills, and the necessary emotional intelligence, as well as the ability to build and develop strong relationships with a wide range of people are key.RequirementsYou will be a Senior Court of Protection Lawyer or existing Partner with at least 7 years PQEYou will have a strong technical knowledgeYou will have strong business development capabilitiesYou will have first-class communication and have an eye for detailExperience of overseeing a team is desirable, however not essentialRemunerationSalary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits packageThis is an exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection Partner to join this flourishing, Legal 500 ranked firm based in the centre of Oxford.Apply now for immediate consideration or feel free to give me a call for a confidential conversation
