We are looking for Cover Supervisors to join our partnership schools across the Darlington area!
Teaching Personnel are looking for Cover Supervisors who are confident with excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

Teaching Personnel are seeking a candidate that will be able to promote and maintain high levels of engagement and will have no issue motivating the students. Someone who is patient and a strong communicator would be ideal for the role.
As a Cover Supervisor you will be:
- Asked to deliver pre-planned material to a classroom of up to 30 pupils in a variety of subjects
- Be prepared to have full responsibility of the classroom
- Ensuring that the student’s learning has minimal disruption
- Focused on keeping the students engaged
- Flexible and have a passion for education and learning
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
