Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be supporting a client of theirs in Hemel Hempstead who are in need of a Credit Administrator.

This position reports to the Financial Controller and will manage over 100 customer accounts on a monthly basis.

Due to the nature of the role, this position requires excellent Customer Service skills and also some experience of credit control or accounts receivable.

Duties:

  • Credit control
  • Managing customer queries
  • Banking
  • Managing commission reports
  • Reconciliations
  • Intercompany Recharges
  • Billing
  • Raising Invoices
  • Admin

Key Skills:

  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Naturally inquisitive
  • Self-start ability and excellent organisational skills.
  • Resillient

The role would suit someone who has a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a credit control admin role and also a background in a customer service role. You will be able to embrace challenging calls and be able to manage your own time to ensure debtor days are kept to a minimum.
