This business has developed a strong reputation as an employer of choice, The team is growing and they have 1 permanent role as well as a 12 month ftc. If you are looking to enter the world of credit control, finance or have a want to work in a large team in a business that will open up opportunities in the future then this could be the role for you Reporting into the Credit control manager, key duties of the Credit control admin will include: Responsible for chasing and collection of overdue invoices (small ledger)Administrative duties to process statements and payment remindersProviding timely management information and reconciliations to enable prompt decision makingPreparation of regular reports for management and distribution to fee earnersManage debtor ledger balancesManaging the Inbox for the CC teamAlways being aware of team and individual collection targets and understanding progress against the targets To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following: Previous experience of working in credit control (is preferred but not essential)Strong excel skillsConfident communicatorCareer orientated In return, the successful candidate will receive the following: £23,000 – £25,000 base salary24 days holidaysHybrid working environment (3 in the office 2 from home)Longer term career opportunitiesRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
