Job description: We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller for a key role within our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent numerical skills, and a solid understanding of financial regulations.
- Managing and maintaining client accounts
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
- Management of sales ledger
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Monthly reporting and account reconciliations
- Regularly meeting with and reporting to senior staff members
Immediate start |long term FTC
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures
- Excellent numerical and organisational skills
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
- The ability to work well within a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
