Job description: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Credit Controller to join the Accounting & Finance team. You will be responsible for managing outstanding debts and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key details:
- Managing outstanding debts and ensuring timely payments.
- Maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity.
- Raising credit notes.
- Conducting credit checks on potential clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Liaising with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting to management on outstanding issues and recovery plans.

The successful candidate requires:
- Previous experience in Credit Control
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
