ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

Blue Handling, who are the exclusive Ground Handling partner for the Ryanair Group at Stansted Airport, have an exciting opportunity available for Crew Controllers to join the team, located in our offices at Stansted airport and working closely with the Ryanair management team.

Reporting to the Blue Handling and Ryanair Stansted Base Manager, you will have responsibility for supporting the team of Ryanair crew controllers with a direct working relationship with Ryanair Head Office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Implementation of roster changes and annual leave requests in day – to – day operations.

· Compliance with legal regulations according to EASA.FTL.

· Organization and optimization of crew dispositions

· Planning of the proceedings and accommodation.

· Ensuring the correct crew composition and on-board qualification.

· Processing sick leave and vacation requests (crew members) and standby activation

· Contact person for the cabin crew over telephone

· Close cooperation with the Ryanair OCC and other operational departments (e.g. training department, cabin management, flight operations)

· Administrative activities

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Experience in the aviation industry would be an advantage

· Used to working with high volume workload in a fast-paced environment

· Attention to detail, able to work under pressure and ability to prioritise effectively

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Experience with AIMS and flying experience are an advantage

· Communicative and friendly personality with high assertiveness

· Strong social skills and team player
