Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sister / Charge Nurse in the friendly Critical Care Outreach team at the QEQM Hospital; they will be responsible for overseeing the high standards of care required for looking after the deteriorating/critically ill patients.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be expected to provide professional leadership, advice and guidance for nursing practice within the hospital and being a resource for all nursing staff.They will also need to have expert clinical skills, great communication skills and clinical assessment skills.
