Remote (commutable distance to Bedford and Poole)

As an integral part of the Digital Engagement Team within this established UK Technology business, as CRM Business Analyst you’ll be overseeing the comprehensive management of our clients company’s relationships with both exsisting and potential customers, along with internal processes.

In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of all data, as well as analyse existing capabilities and business processes, identifying areas for improvement.

As CRM Business Analyst your Responsibilities will be:

  • To drive the success and growth of Netcall’s Hive CRM and internal systems.
  • Ensuring Hive data is up-to-date and clean, and best practice is followed by users, resolving issues as required.
  • Investigating reported defects in Hive and resolving them via data correction, technical or development planning.
  • Working with business stakeholders to analyse current processes and practices, then creating written technical specifications and business requirements for the program manager and development team to implement.
  • To oversee the development and implementation of new technology and versions to ensure success, including running workshops and training sessions.
  • Help to design new processes and practices, ensuring GDPR compliance.

As CRM Business Analyst you’ll have:

  • An analytical mind, with the ability to synthesise requirements and design solutions
  • Ability to think through the implications of potential data structures to ensure the business can be performed efficiently and effectively
  • A strong working knowledge SQL and API functionality
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
  • The ability to analyses and predict market trends.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Confluence and Jira.
