Job description: Role: CRM Business AnalystRole Type: PermanentLocation: Buckinghamshire (hybrid working)Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annumOur client is looking for a CRM Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis as part of their CRM Transformation project.This role will work directly with the key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate business analysis activities, carry out gap analysis of as-is and to-be processes and support the project team to enable them to drive the programme forward.To be effective in this position, you must have previous experience of a CRM implementation, feel comfortable taking ownership of business analysis and project management tasks, excellent stakeholder management skills and a problem-solving mindset.Responsibilities:
- Carry out Business Analyst tasks including gathering requirements, mapping as-is and to-be processes, carrying out gap analysis, creating documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and training
- Provide status update reports and collaborate with transformation team to ensure plan is carried out effectively and delivered in alignment with business need and programme schedule, to time and to budget
Essential Requirements:
- End-to-End implementation experience in a CRM Business Analyst capacity
- An understanding of how CRM interfaces with ERP and data migration
- Previous experience of owning and updating the project plan and report writing experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communicator and confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Effective at working in team-driven environment
