CRM Marketing Senior Executive

It is Ambitions pleasure to announce we are now accepting interim CRM Marketing Executives on behalf of a global law firm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our CRM and e-Marketing efforts, as well as contributing to our digital marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative culture, working with cross-functional teams to drive the institutionalization of clients and enhance our marketing strategies.

As a CRM Marketing Executive, you will be involved in a number of exciting projects including:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the firm’s CRM database (InterAction) and e-Marketing platform (Vuture).
  • Address user queries within the CRM mailbox.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from InterAction.
  • Play an active role in the development of the firm’s website.
  • Collaborate with a digital marketing agency to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing activities.

To be considered for the role the following is required:

  • At least 6 months experience working with InterAction and Vulture.
  • Proficiency in desktop applications and digital marketing tools.
  • Process-driven mindset with a passion for working with data and reporting.
  • Proven ability to finish projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
