Wild are working with a fantastic employer based in Milton Keynes supporting them in looking for Customer Invoicing Support Executive. This company offer great working environment and many opportunities. The working days and hours are Monday-Friday 0900-1730 this is also hybrid with 3 days at home.

Role

As a Customer Invoicing Support Executive, you will be contributing towards maintaining the company’s reputation for providing a high level of customer service.

Day to day you will be assisting with invoice queries and investigating where required. You will resolve enquiries consistently to team standards and promptly. You will be proving support to Account Managers with any invoice queries.

You must be confident on the phones and have great communication skills with good questioning and listening skills. If you have strong Customer Service experience and want to start a career in a company which will offer you opportunities, then please apply ASAP.

Experience

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Solid IT skills including Excel, Word and ideally CRM databases
  • Problem Solver with clear communication
  • Numerate with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Organisational, planning and administrative skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email, online chat and social media

Expected salary: £24000 – 27000 per year
