Hours: 37 hours a week, 8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a ever growing team in a market leading energy supplier. Our client is looking for someone who has admin or customer service background who is looking for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customers with estimates on connecting the electricity supply to their new home.
- Working with the properties spreadsheet to work out quotes
- Generating letters to send to customers
- Understanding maps and records
- Scheduling rates from pre-set rate cards
- Updating internal systems
- Taking ownership of administration.
- Liaising with internal and external customers over the phone and email
Key Skills
- Organisational skills to achieve deadlines
- Customer Service Experience
- Attention to detail
- Team Player
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Educated to Alevel OR equivelent
