EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Permanent / Full time
REPORTS TO: Team LeaderPosition overview:Your working hours will be Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:

  • Processing customers purchase orders
  • Answering customers calls
  • emails from customers. Queries and cancellations.
  • Picking Purchase orders when input and released off credit limit.
  • Back Order report
  • Checking Price quotes on portal.

Primary Duties

  • Inputting Manual Orders received through Teamworks.
  • Looking up pricing quotes on the internal portal
  • Provide back-order reports/due dates to customers and manage their needs.
  • Provide ‘Proof of delivery’ via the carrier Portal. DPD or UPS
  • Offer alternative products for items which are out of stock.
  • Chase live orders and give expected delivetimes.
  • Help customers with marketing requirements.
  • Accurately work to daily/weekly targets.
  • Keeping alert to the current changes within the company and role
  • Send copy paperwork such as order confirmations or delivery notes.
  • Provide tracking details.
