My client is looking to recruit a Customer Service and Support advisor. They are a growing, friendly and supportive team who are looking for motivated individuals to join the team. This company is a market leader in their industry and has recently invested in a new state of the art facility and can offer a fantastic work environment with flexibility for hybrid working.

This is a fantastic time to join a company who are growing rapidly and manufactures its own products here in the UK and in Ireland.
The key aspect of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and proactively upsell online products.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administrative support and upselling prospects and existing customers to generate more business.

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
2 days working from home once training has been completed.

Key Accountabilities:

• Pro-active and reactive customer service and sales calls.
• Upselling current products.
• Supporting external Sales team, trainers, and Managers where possible.
• Update the CRM to a high degree of accuracy.
• Process orders with high levels of attention to detail.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and Team members.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to every customer.
• Totally customer service focused.
• Always looking for opportunities to continually improve.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Good communication skills in both Written and oral communications.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and CRMs.
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the team.
• Good organisation and planning skills.
