Join a dynamic NHS team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in non-technical support of healthcare systems.

Initial Contract length: 4 Months initially

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location Durham – onsite

Overview:

Your responsibilities will include monitoring system utilisation, analysing data, and ensuring timely updates.

You’ll engage with healthcare organisations, offering solutions to challenges, gathering intelligence, and providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level non-technical support to users.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, third-party organizations, and Care Homes.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the system
  • Support team communications, arrange meetings, and assist in training development
  • Capture positive testimonials and identify Customers for case studies
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader and Management Team on daily areas and issues

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to accurately input and retrieve information on a computerized system
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Experience in customer care or call centre environment
  • Good attention to detail and a professional approach to work
