• Basic Excel and IT skills

As part of this role, you’ll:

• Preparing collection processes
• Reach out to clients via phone and email to settle outstanding balances
• Utilise your discretion and judgment to implement effective collection methods, with support from senior colleagues when needed
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and customers, fostering trust and accountability
• Keep things organised by producing and delivering client statements and maintaining records
• Ensure smooth financial transactions by allocating bank payments and explaining payment plan options
