Customer Service & Logistics Administrator

Location: Hatfield, AL9 5JN
Salary: £25K – £28K per annum, DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday with rostered weekend call outs

With more than 30 years’ experience and over 125 employees throughout the UK and Ireland, Mulmar is a leader in the supply and maintenance of some of the world’s finest espresso coffee machines in offices, high street coffee shops, restaurants, airports, hotels and food retailers.

With our continued growth we are now recruiting for an Administrator to support the Service Desk Supervisor undertaking a range of administration and coordination activities associated with machine delivery and maintenance as well as company vehicles.

You will be responsible for:

• Operations administrative support.
• Collecting daily jobs from the workshop, processing and closing them.
• Booking in work and raising jobs – liaising with the warehouse re availability.
• Liaising with field-based staff re machine deliveries, maintenance and returns.
• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone or e-mail.
• Administering the vehicle fleet (lease and company owned) arranging allocation to engineers, manging maintenance, MOTs, accidents and repairs.
• Responding directly to customer enquiries and logging service requires into our management system.

It would be great if you had:

• Experience of working in an administration support role.
• Experience of service support in maintenance services, logistics or vehicle management would be great but this is not essential.
• Computer literate, preferably with experience in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience in the use of databases.
• Good general knowledge of geographical locations within the UK.
