Location: Hove – free onsite parking with a view for hybrid working after training/probation

Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

Salary: £25,000 + commission (OTE £30,000 – £40,000)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven and experienced Customer Service Sales Executive to join a fast-growing and industry-recognised company.

  • Driving sales conversion through excellent service
  • Following up with customers, converting opportunities, and providing top-notch product knowledge
  • Delivering outstanding customer service via various channels
  • Providing a memorable and positive experience for all customers and clients
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to maximise on sales opportunities

About you:

  • Previous experience in a customer service lead role with an element of sales
  • A confident individual able to build rapport and long-standing relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A strong attention to detail and can notice numerical and grammatical errors
