Job description: We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join our Corby team!

As our Customer Services Administrator, you will be responsible for quoting spare parts and entering/managing orders.

The successful candidate will possess an expert understanding of strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Word/Excel and Acrobat Adobe.

Your Challenge

  • Coordinating logistics between Farris and Representatives/Customers
  • Logging all new enquiries and orders,
  • Responsible for quoting spare parts.
  • Responsible for entering and managing orders, this would include:
  • Review of customer’s Purchase Order
  • Order entry using MRP system.
  • Liaise with other departments when required.
  • Coordinate document requirements with Document Administrators.
  • New account set-up
  • Prepare customer technical sales drawings and manuals for orders.
  • Other Duties as may be required.

What You Bring

  • Strong computer skills required. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Acrobat Adobe.
