Customer Support Advisor Duties:

Answering incoming customer calls
Carrying out outbound calls
Responding to customer enquiries
Deal with customers complaints
Handling all retention calls
Supporting sales and customer service teams

Customer Support Advisor Benefits:

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Hybrid working (in office one day a week)

Expected salary: £21000 per year
