Job description: This role involves providing excellent customer support and effective handling of consumer queries for a large national company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role within the Customer Service team, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.Key responsibilities consist of:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible service.
- Handle customer requests accurately, encompassing pricing policies, claims, samples, sketches, specifications, offers, general inquiries, and website training.
- Maintain the company Management System with current customer information.
- Contribute to defining and monitoring customer account plans and assist in data collection for these plans.
- Attend meetings alongside the assigned Account Manager and Regional Sales Director.
- Uphold the group’s Management System pertaining to sales and commercial activities.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and escalate where necessary.
- Monitor customer accounts and manage orders efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on customer insights and trends to support business development.

- Good problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in a similar role within the Industrial industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
