Our well-established client based in Cirencester is looking for a Customer Support Co-Ordinator to join their busy team!

Customer Support Co-Ordinator Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the inventory and aftermarket support manager
  • Quoting key account customers
  • Maintaining accurate sales records
  • Assisting in the coordination of the sales function with other departments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Support and assist in the entry of order onto the company’s ERP systems
  • Arranging transport for customers
  • Make sure customers are fully update to date with all information and they receive the right paperwork
  • Act as coordinator between the sales department and other departments of the business
  • Have a big role within the development and improvement of the department
  • Entry of orders and coordinating paperwork for dispatch

Customer Support Co-Ordinator Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work to under pressure and to deadlines
  • Accounts experience would be beneficial
  • People management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication

Customer Support Co-Ordinator Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
