Job description: Customer Support ConsultantSiamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Support Consultant on a permanent, full-time basis, located in Flintshire, working for a well-established Financial Software company. This role offers optional Hybrid Working based within their Flintshire office.This role is ideal for an applicant with a background in Software Support or Financial Accounts who is looking to develop their career with a growing SaaS company. The main purpose of this position will be supporting a wide variety of business customers in use of Financial Software Products. Customer Support experience is essential, and training can be provided for the relevant Software Products.Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 per annum (depending on relevant experience)The Role:
– Providing Customer Support to users of Financial Software products– Liaising with customers via telephone, email, remote access– Problem analysis and data investigation work– Writing reports based on support findings– Working within a growing and dedicated team of Support ConsultantsThe Ideal Candidate:
– Experience in Customer Support/Software Support– Experience using Financial Software products such as Sage is desirable– Background in Finance or Accounts is beneficial– Communication, analytical, and IT skillsDetails and Benefits:
