Job description: We are delighted to be working collaboratively with a growing and innovative business in Kidlington, looking to add a Customer Support Executive to their team.
Our client has offices internationally, and looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join.

This is a full-time office-based position, working Monday to Friday. Free parking is available at the office in Kidlington.

Responsibilities will include:
– Assisting with customer queries or complaints, ensuring to offer exceptional service with each individual
– Being the first point of contact for customers via email, phone and live chat
– Record customer conversations and follow-up where necessary
– Learn the business’ products and upsell or cross sell where necessary
– Liaise with other departments in the business to ensure the customer receives orders timely

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 years’ experience in a Customer Service role in an office environment. If you have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, this would be advantageous.
