Job description: What you’ll be doing.

Working within the Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) department, at ZEISS, we are looking for a Customer Support Manager to support the business delivery of all services to ZEISS customers and to enable the growth of the business unit.

This is key leadership role taking full responsibility for the management support of the IQS Sales, Service and Operations Coordination teams, who are the primary contact for all customer support, order fulfilment and operational topics.

  • Drive change to ensure the group is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Own the order fulfilment process from purchase order receipt to invoice, accurately and efficiently.
  • Effectively deal with internal and customer escalations.
  • Provide accurate information to support revenue forecasting process.
  • Proactively monitor transactions to drive process improvement, continued compliance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
