We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Shipley, West Yorkshire.As a Customer Support Representative, your main focus is to handle and respond to all customer and client inquiries promptly via phone, email, web chat, and social media, always striving for professionalism and efficiency to achieve first-time resolution. You will ensure that complaints are logged and escalated according to our policies and timelines, while also taking ownership of queries and tasks from start to finish, keeping stakeholders and internal teams informed throughout the process. You will actively identify customer needs and guide them to digital self-service options, promoting new features to enhance their overall experience. Managing workstreams effectively to exceed KPIs and ensure timely and accurate task completion is crucial. You will remain flexible in handling additional operational support tasks as priorities shift and provide valuable feedback on our services and systems to mitigate risks to the customer experience.Customer Support Representative Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills. The ability to liaise with both Customers, clients and Engineers via the telephone and email in a highly organised and professional manner.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service
