Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Support SpecialistJob Type: 6 months temporary contractHours: part time hours 22.5 hours per week :Monday to Wednesday – 9.00 am-5.30pmJob Location: CramlingtonKey Accountabilities

  • Adhere to the Customer Service Standards
  • Work towards agreed team KPIs
  • Record all customer activity in our LIMs/Q Pulse database
  • Log any non-conformances or customer complaints using Q-pulse.
  • Assisting in the management of the company’s LIMS system and amendments thereto, liaising with the company’s systems’ provider (AIS) as required
  • All aspects associated with the prompt and effective reporting of results to clients via LIMS (incl labPortal and GOLD reporting software)
  • Setting up and configuring new customers on the labPortal website
  • Chase PO requirements and ensure PO are entered into the system when required
  • Build, develop and manage mutually beneficial long term relationships with customers.
  • Establish and understand customer requirements in order to support them through the customer journey.
  • To be a voice of the customer to best ensure that our products and services meet customer requirements

QualificationsEssential

  • Minimum of HND or equivalent experience
  • Experience of data systems
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience of AIS LIMS is advantageous
