Join our dynamic team as we seek a proactive and dedicated individual to lead our Customer Support Partner team. As the Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless query resolution for our in-life Bank Partners’ workers. Your focus on placing customer experience at the forefront will drive our team to deliver efficient and supportive responses to all inquiries. Collaborating closely with the Customer Support Manager, you’ll work towards enhancing support processes and tackling root causes of queries.Bank Partners (part of Acacium Group) are an established, reputable multi-award-winning business who provide high-quality, independent staffing and services to some of the largest trusts in the NHS.   • Oversee the Customer Support Team whilst inspiring and motivating team members to achieve great things
  • Drive achievement on call targets on calls answered, waiting time, abandonment rate and produce reports on this data to improve performance and support coaching.
  • Drive a very high standard of customer service within the team.
  • Work closely with the Business Support Manager to handle all queries on payroll input from existing customers.
  • Ensuring that priorities across all clients are met and that the team’s set up is appropriate to the in-coming volumes and nature of calls.

  • Experience leading a team
  • A proven track record of monitoring KPIs for effective performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A positive can-do attitude and high attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong IT skills and experience of working with Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
