As a Graduate joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Early Careers Role streams. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.

To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a modular development programme. This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with the full Early Careers cohort across Europe.

As a Graduate Cyber Security Consultant in Fujitsu Enterprise and Cyber Security, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team that works with its clients to design and deploy a range of cyber security services and technologies to transform the way they work and build resilient organisations.

You will:

  • Work alongside colleagues and client staff at the heart of many of our most important customer projects, potentially involved in assessing client’s security capability, examining their readiness to respond to incidents, recommending solutions to enhance security competence, and increasing their ability to deal with emerging threats and risks.
  • Assist with the selection, installation and configuration of security products helping our clients use new technology in innovative ways.
  • Learn how to develop and cost solutions and gain experience in presenting proposals for review by colleagues and clients.
  • Develop consulting skills so that, as you gain experience, you can help other people navigate today’s Cyber Security world.

You will have excellent analytical and communication skills and an inquisitive mind-set with a passion for learning and growth. We will provide mentoring, coaching and access to training and experience that will allow you to build the skills you need to be an effective cyber security consultant.

Fujitsu has Cyber Consultants across a variety of business areas, if successful you could be selected to work as part of the team in any of the following areas:

  • Civil Aviation -understanding our client’s business and helping them to articulate the security requirements for innovative new systems.
  • Utilities – carrying out detailed assessment of new the security aspects of new technology being used to modernise industrial control systems.
  • Public Sector – delivering a new identity management solution so that our client can be confident in the security measures as they consume an increasing number of cloud-based services.

We will work with you to help you gain the variety of experience you want during this first chapter of your career.

Entry Requirements:

  • Please note you will need to have obtained or hold a degree at the time of the start date for the role.
  • NCSC accredited cyber degree or an interest in Cyber as preferred however not essential.
  • Some applicants may not have traditional qualifications as listed above, and have prior learning and skills developed from the workplace, these will be considered on a case by case basis

Recruitment process

The next stage of the process is a virtual assessment centre and interview.
