How you’ll make an impact
The Cyber Defence Centre is one of Gallagher’s fastest growing services set to change the insurance industry as a whole. The CDC is a service to protect and support our clients from cyber attacks.
It provides regular information and threat intelligence to clients in order to guide them where there efforts should be focused. We already have over 250 Members and that number is set to rise into the high thousands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client liaison for setup information.
- On-boarding clients to CDC membership.
- Updating CDC Register and VS schedule.
- Uploading IPs and domains to CyberCNS and setting up VS scheduling.
- Dealing with client queries in respect of accessing VS scans.
- Providing VS reports at client request where client unable to access these.
- Responding to client queries in respect of VS results and remediation actions.
- Ensuring consistent service and liaising with client prior to expiry of annual membership.
- Reporting to senior level management regularly with updates on CDC – numbers, revenue, issues.
- Other operational duties as and when required/needed.
About you
Desirable Qualifications:
- Graduate level / completion of an apprenticeship at higher level or above. Ideally hold some relevant technical or professional qualifications
Required Skills:
- Forward thinking, entrepreneurial and emotionally intelligent.
- Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mind-set with creative approaches and solutions to issues coupled with the confidence to interact comfortably with senior level management.
- Solid understanding of and ability to speak to security principles in areas such as network, systems, virtualization, cloud technologies and access control.
- Cybersecurity consulting and security assessment experience essential.
- Staying current with security technologies and making recommendations for use based on business value.
