The Cyber Secure User Experience Officer is responsible for developing and delivering a key part of the cybersecurity strategy in Santander, building a cyber-resilient organisation.The difference you’ll make.
- Building a cyber-fraud-resilient organisation across Santander colleagues and customers through the delivery of our strategy
- Supporting the Secure User Experience team with building, maintaining and measuring Santander cyber-fraud training, awareness and communications programme with the goal of securing the workforce’s behaviours and creating a security culture
- Developing and delivering targeted security training, awareness and education materials using different channels in line with behaviour change strategy and business needs
- Preparing and delivering education and awareness briefings to ensure that systems, networks and data users are aware of and adhere to the security policies and procedures
- Supporting the Cyber-Fraud initiatives that will enable us to bring it closer for our customers
What you’ll bring:
- Relevant university degree e.g. information/cyber security, marketing and communications
- Understanding of fraud and cyber security principles
- Understanding of behaviour change economics and principles
- Experience in content creation, communication strategies and delivery tactics
- Knowledge of training and educational principles, processes and procedures
- Experience within the financial services industry including key products and services
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. CISP, SANS, CISM, etc)
- Understanding of modern psychology approaches/principles
- Experience in a similar role
- Understanding of Operational Risk methodologies

Location: Milton Keynes
