Job description: The expansion of bank IDAM (Identity and Access Management) services footprint, a maturing view of how we should deliver IAM services, and changes in bank wider technology estate (particularly Cloud adoption) has required us to review how we deliver and support bank services.We are seeking to engage a specialist Identity Access Management (IAM) partner to assist us in completing specific work streams related to bank IAM systems. The goal is to leverage the expertise and resbankces of the partner to address key challenges, implement enhancements, and optimize bank IAM infrastructure.The chosen partner will collaborate closely with bank internal IAM team to deliver high quality solutions within defined timelines and budget constraints. The engagement will be conducted in agreed work packages with specific timelines as agreed upon between both parties.Bank goal is to enhance security, streamline access management processes and help us to enable the delivery of a large portfolio of change, without limited expansion of bank business as usual team. The nature of work will be specific identity access related work streams requiring specialist skills such as;Technical expertise and experience in IAM solutions, e.g. CyberArk, Azure, SailPointAbility to understand and address bank organisation’s unique IAM requirements and challenges.Track record of successful IAM work streams implementations and client references.Transparency of the quality of proposed solution design and approach. Cost effectiveness and value proposition of the engagement.
