Their experts will identify the scope of work, develop the milestones, roll out the project with documentation. An opening has now become available within their Cyber Security department. The right candidate profile will have experience of software sales and a desire to lead, motivate and ensure the ongoing success of the sales team.
The role is office based with the option to work one day a week from home. There will also be the occasional client facing site visits within key accounts and prestige opportunities.
Previous management experience is not essential; however, you must be able to demonstrate that you are ready for career progression and excited about a new challenge. The role will involve growing and shaping the internal sales team and developing their potential. You will establish processes, set objectives and targets, and increase performance.
