My client is looking for a records assistant to join a High profile project in York.

Hourly Rate: £11:30 per hour
Contract: Temporary 12 months
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday operating office , hours can be worked over 4/5 days per week. Core hours are from 8-4.30 but can consider flexibility on an individual basis.

Office location only.Parking on site.

As a Records Assistant you will be processing a high volume of safety related records according to well-established procedures.

Examples of work performed, will include but not restricted to:

  • Good Communication Skills, both Oral and Written
  • Good Attention to Detail
  • Good Team Work
  • Ability to work to deal with a fast paced environment
  • Data Transfer

Skills:

  • Organisation
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Strong IT skills required

Experience with Share Point/Access wise will be advantageous.A background in project admin/ records assistant roles is preferable.
