Working for the fabulous, large, ‘family feel’ company based in York we are looking for a flexible and confident Data Quality Analyst to join an engaging and detail orientated team who have a great work ethic and sense of humour!
This is a permanent, full time position whose purpose is to ensure items and information are continuously checked, and updated, on in house systems in relation to costings, advertising and supply chain information.
The Data Quality Analyst will be:
- Maintaining documentation related to data quality processes, standards, and issue resolutions.
- Implementing checks and validations to ensure data meets quality criteria.
- Monitoring exceptions reports & data cleaning.
- Identifying issues with data quality solving them.
- Making changes to product configuration data in line with established processes.
- Responding to queries and issues, and implementing needed fixes and changes within agreed timescales.
- Processing product changes.
- Assisting the Purchase Ledger team with any invoice and accounts queries.
- GDPR compliance.
In addition to the above, the Data Quality Analyst will have following:
- Strong attention to detail & numeracy skills.
- Good level of analytical ability.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Word & Excel skills
- Previous experience in a data orientated role is essential.
